i was a human punching bagi was in love with someone that used to beat me damn near everyday of my relationship. it got to the point where i was always looking over my shoulder to make sure i wasn't going to get caught off guard by a fist of a foot to the face. it's a cruel thing to do...blackening a womans eye in the name of "love and demanding respect" from her. that's right folks, he claims he wouldn't have to beat me if i would give him the respect he deserves as a man...
so what made me leave? when i almost slit my wrists because i was that brainwashed about my self worth...i looked up and saw my daughter's picture and realized by killing myself i would leave her and orphan...she was already fatherless...never knew her father due to the fact that he died four days before her first birthday...i couldn't do that to her...especially when i myself almost died giving birth to her.
there are a few people worth dying for, and he wasn't one of them....so the final time he hit me i took the liberty of standing my ground with a hot iron and pulling a tiger woods on that ass!
love is many things...but the one thing it is NOT supposed to be is deadly.
so to all my friends out there...if you're in a similar scenario as me...GET OUT OF IT....find help...there is always a way out of it! please.....okay?
